We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or full refund.
How to start a return
Contact us at orisch14@gmail.com and we will provide you with return instructions. Do not send anything back without contacting us first — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at orisch14@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at orisch14@gmail.com.
European Union customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
